Jin-Hyoung Kwon oversees AIO’s corporate strategy and business operations. A semiconductor industry veteran with more than 20 years of technology and business experience in NAND Flash storage Controllers, he previously worked at Samsung Electronics’ Memory Business. During his time at Samsung Electronics, he led the development of OneDRAM, an innovative memory product, and received a top award for his contributions. Since co-founding AIO in 2011, he has led the development of the company’s proprietary Controller technologies and driven its business growth. He is currently focused on building AIO’s foundation for future growth by leveraging his extensive technology and business experience to advance next-generation storage technologies and expand strategic partnerships. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Kwangwoon University.
Sang-Yul Baek

Sang-Yul Baek oversees AIO’s corporate management, with a focus on finance, human resources, and investor relations, while leading the company’s fundraising efforts and initiatives to enhance corporate value. After working at Samsung Electronics’ Memory Business, he co-founded AIO in 2011 and has since led fundraising efforts totaling approximately KRW 100 billion, helping establish a strong foundation for the company’s continued growth. Seung-Hyun Han

Seung-Hyun Han oversees AIO’s R&D and the development of next-generation Controller technologies. Prior to co-founding AIO in 2011, he worked on NAND Flash Controller development at Samsung Electronics’ Memory Business. He designed Tailorable Architecture, one of AIO’s core technologies, and currently leads the development of AIO’s proprietary Controller platform optimized for diverse NAND Flash environments, leveraging Controller SoC, ECC, and FTL technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University.
Sei-Jin Kim

Sei-Jin Kim oversees AIO’s global sales and marketing strategy. With more than 30 years of experience in the memory semiconductor industry, he served as an executive in Samsung Electronics’ Memory Business, where he led the commercialization of various memory products and the expansion into global markets. He also led the world's first mass production of UFS, earning a JEDEC Award in 2012 and contributing to technological innovation in the memory semiconductor industry. He currently focuses on strengthening AIO’s market competitiveness and identifying new business opportunities through customer-focused business strategies and global partnerships. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University.
Han-Joo Na

Han-Joo Na oversees AIO’s product strategy and mass-production operations. With more than 30 years of experience in the memory semiconductor industry, he served as an executive at SK hynix, where he was involved in NAND Flash and SSD product development and the establishment of mass-production systems. He led the development and commercialization of TLC NAND-based SSDs and the establishment of a KRW 100 billion SoC mass-production test line, gaining extensive experience across the entire process from product development to mass production. He currently oversees product planning and development, quality management, and mass-production operations, with a focus on strengthening the competitiveness of AIO’s next-generation storage products. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Sogang University.
Deok-Hyun Kim

Deok-Hyun Kim oversees AIO’s financial strategy, accounting, internal controls, and investor relations, while also serving as Head of the Finance & Accounting Team. He began his career in corporate planning at Samsung Electronics’ Semiconductor Business and later gained experience in business planning at Hyosung Corporation before serving as CFO of a startup, where he led preparations for an IPO. He currently oversees AIO’s mid- to long-term financial targets, external audits, funding and budget management, tax risk management, and corporate disclosures. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Yonsei University and an MBA from KAIST.
